How much can I make with Payserve?
There is no limit to your potential revenue. Every visitor
on your site is a potential member of our service. This means
that you have the potential of earning a commission on every
person. This commission depends on the choice of your program.
What currency does Payserve bill
?
We bill in Euro's and we pay out in Euro's. If you are not
an EU webmaster we will convert the commission to US Dollars
considering that day's currency exchange rate. The day of payment
is the first of every month.
Where can I see how much I earned?
As soon as you registered and placed a banner/textlink on your
page, you can see how your traffic converts into sales in the
Members-Stats area where you can access your statistics. You
can check your stats and commission at any time!! Statistics
are updated in Real Time and can be viewed per site, banner,
referrer, dialer income or special tracking ID. As soon as a
transaction is approved, you instantly get your income!!
What does 60% recurring mean?
We pay our webmasters up to 60% recurring, which means that
after the signup you still get paid if the member recurs for
another month ('s). You will also get paid out over the Dialer,
Phone2Enter and Sms Billing.
What does 85% Flat fee mean?
One-time payout, if the membership is Eur30, you will get paid
Eur24 for that signup. That's approximately $31. You will also
get paid over the Dialer, Phone2Enter, Sms Billing.
When are payments send?
We transfer the payment every second working day of the month.
How can I get paid?
We send you a check, wire-transfer or Epassporte monthly for
the commission you earned. No pending transactions, no estimates.
Your check or wire-transfer is sent to you at the beginning
of each month. Your revenue has to be above EUR 100,- before
you can collect your money. In case your revenue is less than
EUR 100,- your payment will be carried forward into the next
month.
Do I have to fill in my IBAN
Number?
If you are from an European country you have to do this according
to the European law. If you are from outside Europe it is not
necessary.
I didn't receive my commission?
Although it is very unlikely that you will not receive your
payment, it can occur that something goed wrong with a payment.
In that case just send an e-mail
with your Payserve ID and the concerning period and we will
take care of it ASAP!

use?
We use www.vxsbill.com
for our processing. This system is being used by more than 50
sponsor programs.
What's the minimum payout?

Can I set my payout minimum?

Do you pay out over dialer income?
Sure , we pay our webmasters over dialer income. Depending on
the program chosen it will be between 50-65%
Are there costs for transactions?
Because we run our own processing and cascading, we don't charge
any costs to webmasters. You will get paid over the total amount
of the transaction, no deductions or any kind of fees like other
programs do.
Can I use both programs (Per-Signup,
and Rev-Share program) at the same time?
Yes, but you will need two different accounts.

How
do I get started with Payserve?
It is quite simple! Just sign-up for our program and you'll
receive an e-mail with your userID and password and some link
codes to start with. With the userID and password you can enter
the member section at the right top of the site.
To pick up banners, click "banners" in the left frame
of the member section. Select the banner type (not necessarily)
and the Payserve site that you want to promote, and click "submit".
You get a list of banners. Click the banner that you want to
use and download it by right-clicking and choosing "Save
image as". In the new window you also get the banner's
own unique ID and html code to insert in your webpage(s). In
the HTML code you will find your own payserve ID, and it looks
like this: http://click.payserve.com/ct?id=xxxxx&banner=x.
If you want to use textlinks instead of banners, pick up the
"textlink" link code in the member section!
Both ID's will be used to track the traffic you send to our
pay site(s), sales that occur as a result and minutes generated
through the dialer option. As soon as a person signs up or dials
up, your stats will reflect the action and display your commission,
which of course depends on the program type you chose.
How are your cookie settings?
Payserve sets their cookies to 30 days. So you will get
creditted if a surfer signs up after he visits your site and
decides to sign-up a few weeks later. Normally sponsors set
their cookies shorter, but we believe that the sign-up belongs
to you so we pay you for it.
What tracking solutions do
you have?
We offer sophisticated tracking solutions, you can easily
add a 3-5 digit number to your linkcode and find that in our
backend under " trackers". Just add " &tracking=12345"
to your linkcodes and you will find all info regarding your
tracker "12345" in Payserve. So you can track exactly
which tool made which signup on which site.
How can I see my referrals
?
We offer referral stats in our backend, just click on "referrals"
to see where you traffic came from and where it generated
sign-ups.
Where can I see my signups?
you can see your signup under "ratio" , to see how
many sign-ups you made and what conversion rates you have.
You can also see your sign-ups under "payout" ,
here you can see the number of sign-ups and the commission
you made.
Where can I see my dialer
minutes?
Under "dialer" , here you can see the generated
minutes. Under"payout"you can also see how many
minutes were generated and what payout you have got. Dialer
payouts are fluctuating per country.
Are your stats in real-time?
Yes, you can check your stats and commission at any time!!
Statistics are updated in real-time and can be viewed per
site, banner, referrer, dialer income or special tracking
ID. As soon as a transaction is approved, you instantly get
the credit!!
Can I use the same links
as in Payserve 2.0?
Yes, no links are changed. Sometimes we change our url system,
but during all time we keep up the previous ones untill NOBODY
uses them anymore.

ACCEPTABLE
USE POLICY REGARDING BULK E-MAILINGS
We do allow Webmasters to market websites promoted through this
Program by using the transmission of bulk e-mails. However,
it is extremely important that such mass e-mailings by you are
conform our policies. Moreover, you need to be aware of the
fact that many service providers, such as America Online, Inc.
(AOL), have their own standards and policies when it comes to
mass e-mailings to their members. Please make sure that you
are compliant with the terms and conditions of AOL. You can
find them over here: http://postmaster.info.aol.com/guidelines/bulk_email.html.
The marketing of websites promoted by this Program is strictly
prohibited if done through the transmission of unsollicited
bulk email. In other words, you must have a prior business relationship
with the e-mail recipient, including, but not limited to having
obtained their e-mail address through a verifiable opt-in procedure.
We strongly encourage you to maintain electronic records of
the way you obtained e-mail addresses for use in mailings. This
in case we receive a complaint from a person who received a
promotional e-mailing from you. You will need to demonstrate
to us that such person did not receive unsollicited bulk e-mail
from you.
We also strictly prohibit to transmitting e-mails that contains
invalid or forged headers, invalid or non existent domain names
or other means of deceptive addressing ("counterfeit e-mail").
Do NOT do this.
We also strictly prohibit to transmitting e-mails which are
relayed from any third party's mail server without the permission
of that third party, or which employs similar techniques to
hide or obscure the source of the e-mail. Do NOT do this.
The transmission of unsollicited bulk e-mail, including the

criminal penalties against the sender under applicable federal

We do NOT authorize harvesting or collecting screen names from

webmaster determined to have transmitted bulk emails advertising
any websites marketed through this Program to lists gathered
by such methods.
Should we determine, in our sole discretion that you have violated
this AUP, be assured that you will be terminated immediately,
will be ineligible to sign up for another account, will not
be paid for any traffic or subscriptions generated prior to
the date of termination; and your registration information may
be turned over to complaining parties (including AOL).
HOW TO REPORT UNSOLLICITED BULK-EMAIL
If you believe you are the recipient of unsollicited bulk e-mail
from a person or company advertising websites under this Program,
please follow this procedure:
Please send your UBE complaint to COMPANY through its Customer
Service Representative, International Media Company BV. The
best and easiest way to do this is by forwarding the offending
e-mail to abuse@imco.nl. Please include your name, address,
telephone number and any information you may have about the
identity of the person or entity that sent the UBE to you. You
may be able to collect information about the sender from the
e-mail itself, for instance, by examining the e-mails "header,"
by examining the webpage or by running a whois query against
the webpage domain.
WEBMASTER MAILER REQUIREMENTS
* Webmasters must have opt-in email addresses.
* Webmasters must have a working remove link on all mailings.
* Webmasters must have a working email address where International
Media Company can send remove requests. These remove requests
must be deleted immediately from your list.
* Webmaster must have ALL AOL email addresses purged from the
list.
* Webmaster must have read and signed the Authorized Use Policy
(AUP). We must have a hardcopy, with the webmaster's signature,
to keep on file in the IMC offices. Please fax the signed
AUP to 0031 251 36 20 36, to the attention of Erwin.
* Webmaster must follow and comply with all Federal, State and
Local laws governing unsollicited bulk e-mail. You must comply
in every aspect with the Federal Anti-Spam laws.
