IMC/ PayServe,
as primary producer of premium content, such as "Seventeen"*,
and also as secondary producer, has always operated as a professional
publishing company since it was founded in 1967.
IMC/ PayServe has always obtained a clean record of all it's
model ID's and model releases by a dedicated administration
team. For this reason, our sites, hosted galleries, freesites
and members areas will remain intact and will continue to add
new content as usual.
Due to the US 2257 regulations, we had to make some decisions
in respect of the this regulation. Our affiliates/partners and
the protection of those, other local law's which seems to be
conflicting with the US 2257 standards and the protection of
privacy (and safety) of our models. To be compliant to all of
this, we made the following decisions divided over 2 phases:
1. We will immediately release model documentation to and only
to affiliates (labelled as secondary producer) that pass our
screening process.
a. The scenes they request documentation for must be seen active
on the affiliate's site promoting us.
b. Affiliates must provide a governmental issued ID that matches
"whois" on the domain at the url which promotes us
with said content.
c. Affiliates must prove he or she is an actual webmaster by
sending us at least 1 signup or 500 uniques.
d. Affiliates must provide a valid phone number that he or she
can be reached at. - We will be calling the affiliate before
releasing said documents.
e. Affiliates will be asked to sign an agreement naming them
secondary producer, holding them responsible for distribution
or miss-use and include standard non-disclosure clause.
2. We will give the webmaster full access to an online secured
environment which contains all the documents (with cross reference)
a. After webmaster was screened and approved and signed the
agreement.
b. Access will be given to webmaster with/from a fixed and
known IP-address.
c. Access is only permitted when official authorities requested
access to the needed documents
d. Access will be fully logged, to avoid access to irrelevant
documents and information and miss-use of those.
e. Documents shall have all information concerning the models
required by US 2257 regulations and irrelevant information
will not be shown.
We feel this solution will ensure that we only release delicate
model documents to responsible affiliates.
